1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing and protecting the personal data of users of the era-form.com website.

The controller processes data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Polish personal data protection regulations.

§2. Scope of collected data We process data provided voluntarily via the contact form and data collected automatically:

● Contact details: name, email address, telephone number.

● Project data: type of service selected (e.g. Furniture, Design, Lighting) and estimated project budget.

● Technical data: IP address, cookie data, Google Analytics statistical data and Meta Pixel.

§3. Purposes and legal basis of processing Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

1. Handling inquiries: responding to an inquiry sent via the form (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).

2. Provision of services: activities aimed at preparing an offer and concluding a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR).

3. Marketing and analytics: website traffic analysis and remarketing activities on Instagram/Facebook (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR – user consent through cookie settings).

§4. Recipients of data Data may be transferred to entities supporting the Administrator in operating the website:
● Wix.com – as a hosting and website platform provider.

● Google LLC and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd – for analytical and advertising tools.

● Authorized employees and associates providing customer service. Data may be processed using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel in accordance with the privacy policies of these providers.

1. The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.

3. Data from the form is stored for the period necessary to complete the contact, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
